Filoxenia International (FXI) is a Greek-registered nonprofit organisation founded in August 2016.
We offer dignified, independent, safe, and legal accommodation and improves the quality of life for refugees waiting for relocation or reunification elsewhere in Europe.
The project consists of 17 apartments in Thessaloniki, Greece. Each 2-bedroom furnished apartment has one bathroom, living room, kitchen, balcony, and washing machine. An elevator and one wheelchair-accessible apartment is available for families with disabilities.
Since September 2016, Filoxenia International provided 17 apartments for 115 people at an average cost of €6.37 per day.
