Social Isolation and Ghettoization

Given the location of the reception centres in closed-down industrial areas in the cities’ outskirts and in rural countryside areas, and the regulations imposed concerning access to camps, there is a strong risk of “ghettoization” and further isolation of people already displaced by war, conflict and extreme poverty.
